MyTheraSpace is an online platform connecting people seeking psychological support with verified psychologists and psychotherapists in Bulgaria. Sessions take place online via a secure video connection or in person at the therapist's practice.
Our mission
We believe mental health care should be accessible, discreet and barrier-free — especially for teenagers and for people facing sensitive topics that are hard to talk about. The platform is built to make the first step as easy as possible: browse profiles, choose someone you trust, and book a session in minutes.
How we verify therapists
Every therapist on MyTheraSpace goes through a manual review before their profile goes live:
- Qualification review — diplomas, certificates and professional experience are reviewed by our team.
- Manual approval — no profile is published automatically. Approved profiles carry the "Verified" badge.
- Identity check via Stripe — therapists who accept cards pass a document-based identity check to banking standards (the same check banks use when opening an account) and carry the additional "Stripe verified" badge.
Why you can trust us
- Clear payment rules — for card payments, the amount is held when you book and only charged after the session takes place. If you pay the therapist directly (cash, Revolut or bank transfer), that is outside the platform and we tell you so clearly before you book.
- Reviews only from confirmed sessions — a review can only be written after a real, confirmed session.
- Discretion — your communication and data are protected; see the Privacy Policy.
