When and how do I get paid?

Payments arrive directly in your bank account via Stripe — on the payout schedule you choose (daily, weekly, monthly or manual). A session's amount is credited after it takes place.

What if a client doesn't show up?

For no-shows and late cancellations the client owes a fee per the cancellation tiers — and it goes to you. Your time is protected.

Can I also work in person, not only online?

Yes — the platform supports practices with addresses and per-location schedules. Clients choose online or in person when booking.
