MyTheraSpace connects you with clients actively looking for a therapist — while you focus on your work, not on marketing. Profile, schedule, bookings, video sessions and — if you want them — card payments and automatic invoices: everything is built in.
What you get
- A public profile with a personal link — qualifications, approach, prices and real reviews; share your link anywhere.
- Online booking on your schedule — you set your working hours and session price.
- You choose how you get paid — card via Stripe, and also directly from the client: cash at your practice, Revolut or bank transfer. You tick the methods in your profile.
- Protected card payments — for cards, the amount is held before the session; for a late cancellation or a client no-show you receive compensation per the cancellation tiers. Payments outside the platform are not protected by the platform: it does not guarantee them and does not charge cancellation fees.
- Built-in video sessions — a secure in-browser connection, no external apps.
- Automatic invoices for card payments — issued by themselves after each completed session. For sessions paid directly, you issue the document yourself as required by law.
- Reviews only from confirmed sessions — your reputation is built on real work.

- Verify — add your qualifications; if you will accept cards, confirm your identity with a document (banking standard, via Stripe).

- First clients — your profile appears in the directory and you start accepting bookings.
Questions from therapists
When and how do I get paid?
Card payments arrive directly in your bank account via Stripe — on the payout schedule you choose (daily, weekly, monthly or manual); a session's amount is credited after it takes place. Payments in cash, by Revolut or by bank transfer you receive directly from the client — the platform takes no part in them.
What if a client doesn't show up?
For cards: for a no-show or late cancellation the client owes a fee per the cancellation tiers — and it goes to you. For payments outside the platform the platform charges no fee, but it records the no-show: you can mark it, and the administrator may block clients with repeated violations.
Can I also work in person, not only online?
Yes — the platform supports practices with addresses and per-location schedules. Clients choose online or in person when booking.
Why is identity verification required?
Trust is the basis of the platform: every profile is reviewed and approved by us, and therapists accepting cards also pass an identity check to banking standards. It is one-time and takes minutes.
